RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online at Juniorbrands.com.au you must email us at service@juniorbrands.com.au or contact us on 03 9815 0303 within FIVE (5) days of receiving your order.  All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be returned as new in which they were received with all labels and tags attached, i.e. are unworn and have been returned with the original packaging, including tags, within the time limits set out above. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

If you have an incorrect size and would like to exchange it for another size, please specify the size you require. Subject to inspection of the returned item and availability of the requested size, the new item will be sent to you. If the size you have requested is not available, we will provide you with an option to select an alternative item or receive a refund. No additional handling and delivery charges will apply if you choose another size or select an alternative item.

SHOES AND BOXED ITEMS

  • Shoes must also be returned unmarked and in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging. To ensure you have the right size, you are more than welcome to try them on inside, on a soft carpeted surface.
  • Juniorbrands will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear.
  • Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box will NOT be accepted.

SWIMWEAR OR UNDERGARMENTS

  • For the purposes of hygiene reasons all underwear is non returnable. Swimwear must be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact. If the protective strip is missing upon receiving the item, please contact us on
    03 9815 0303 within five (5) days of receiving the item in case you wish to return. Otherwise this return maybe denied and the item will be sent back to you.

FAULTY GOODS

If you have a faulty item, please specify the fault. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or become faulty within a reasonable period.  Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Subject to inspection of the returned item, we will provide you with the option for the item to be replaced, to select an alternative item or receive a refund. No additional handling and delivery charges will apply if you choose for the item to be replaced or select an alternative item. If you choose to receive a refund, the original handling and delivery charges will not be refunded.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

All returns must be sent by registered post.  
Juniorbrands is not responsible for return shipping costs or for the loss of items being returned to us. Please enclose your purchased item, original receipt and post to:

Once the item/s have been returned and verified by our staff, a confirmation email will be sent to you once your returns have been verified and your refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 7-10 days from the day you return your package for a replacement to be received or your refund to be processed.
